At Koko Fashion, we want you to love your style. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original Koko Fashion tags still attached.

• 2.
  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
